MergenHub is the industrial data acquisition and SCADA platform developed by Envest. It unifies field devices of different brands and protocols in a single address space, shows the data on your own screens and publishes it to other systems as a standard OPC UA server.
Why it is needed
A plant accumulates devices from different years and vendors: a Modbus RTU meter at a well, a Siemens PLC at a pumping station, an IEC 61850 relay in the substation, a remote RTU reporting over GSM. Each speaks its own protocol and no single system can see them all. MergenHub reads them, brings them together and exposes them through one standard.

- Web SCADA / HMI: a browser-based screen designer with plant diagrams, live values, flow animation and a mobile operator view.
- Alarms and events: ISA-18.2 style alarming with acknowledgement, history, e-mail and SMS notification.
- Historian: logging to SQLite, MySQL, MSSQL and ODBC targets, with store-and-forward when the link drops.
- IoT Gateway: REST server, MQTT client and REST client to carry data into ERP, cloud and reporting systems.
- AI assistant: set up channels, devices, tags and screens by describing what you need.
Where it is used
In water utilities for wells, reservoirs, pumping stations and pressure control; in power distribution for substation and feeder monitoring; in factory automation for line and machine monitoring. Data collected by our Koru1000 field devices can also be carried to a central SCADA through MergenHub.
